Weekly Class Descriptions

Mobility Monday
Start the week by opening up. Focused mobility work to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and prime your body for strong, pain-free movement.

Push • Pull • Press (Tuesday)
Upper body strength meets total body control. Smart variations of pushing, pulling, and pressing patterns to build balanced, functional strength.

Hinge & Bend (Wednesday)
Hips, glutes, and hamstrings in the spotlight. Expect swings, hinges, and deadlift variations that carry over to real-world strength and back health.

Squat & Lunge (Thursday)
Lower body mechanics done right. Build power, balance, and stability through squats, lunges, and single-leg control.

Friday Flow
A full-body finisher. Dynamic, athletic flows that connect the week’s patterns into one sweaty, feel-good session.

Skill Set Saturday
Slower, sharper, smarter. Saturdays are for refining technique, mastering kettlebell skills, and leveling up your training game.
