Weekly Class Descriptions

Monday — Ground

Mobility · Stability · Reset

Monday is about setting the tone for the week.
We focus on joint health, breath, posture, and controlled strength to help you feel grounded and prepared — not beat up.

You’ll move slowly, intentionally, and with purpose so the rest of the week feels better in your body.

Great for: beginners, recovery, stress management, and longevity
Expect: mobility flows, light strength, carries, breath work

Tuesday — Carry

Posture · Core · Resilience

This is where strength becomes usable.
We push, pull, carry, and brace to build total-body stability and confidence under load.

You’ll train the same muscles you use in daily life — holding, lifting, and moving with control.

Great for: building confidence, durability, and real-world strength
Expect: carries, presses, pulls, core work

Wednesday — Build

Strength · Focus · Progress

Our primary strength-focused day.
Simple lifts, coached well, with room to progress over time. Emphasis rotates between squat, hinge, push, and pull patterns.

This is where we build strength deliberately — without rushing.

Great for: getting stronger at any level
Expect: structured strength work, longer rest, technical coaching

Thursday — Move

Athletic · Conditioning · Coordination

Strength in motion.
This class blends athletic movement with conditioning to improve coordination, stamina, and movement confidence.

Heart rate comes up, but quality still matters.

Great for: conditioning, athleticism, and moving with control
Expect: locomotion, sleds, jumps, short conditioning pieces

Friday — Restore + Flow

Recover · Integrate · Reset

We slow things down to finish the week strong.
Flowing movement, breath work, and mobility help the body recover while still staying active.

You’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Great for: recovery, longevity, stress relief
Expect: flow sequences, stretching, light strength

Saturday — Skill / Challenge

Kettlebells · Play · Progress

Saturday is where training stays fun.
We work on kettlebell skills, creative challenges, and optional intensity. Curious, playful, and scalable for all levels.

Show up ready to learn something new.

Great for: skill development, variety, and enjoyment
Expect: kettlebell complexes, carries, holds, challenges
