Push, Pull, Press (Tuesday)
Upper-body strength meets full-body control. Expect smart variations of pushing, pulling, and pressing patterns that build powerful, balanced strength.
Hinge & Bend (Wednesday)
Hips, glutes, and hamstrings take the lead. This is your deadlift day—think kettlebell swings, hinges, and real-world back-saving strength.
Squat & Lunge (Thursday)
Lower body mechanics done right. Build strong, stable legs through squats, lunges, and controlled single-leg work. Balance and power in one session.
Friday Flow
